Where will my order ship from?
Orders may ship from RPM or an authorized distribution partner depending on the product. The product page and order updates should make the fulfillment path clear.
How do I know if a part fits my application?
Use the fitment and application information on the product page first. Where fitment is complicated, contact RPM before ordering rather than guessing.
Do you personally test every product you sell?
No. Products that have been personally installed, used or compared by RPM should be identified separately from the broader retail catalog.
Can I get help choosing between two parts?
Yes. The long-term goal is a smaller, more understandable catalog supported by real-world context instead of simply listing every possible SKU.
How are returns handled?
Return eligibility depends on product condition, manufacturer and fulfillment source. The final store policy will live in the Shipping & Returns area before launch.
